The PenCom Center hasthree full time radio console positions, one call taker position and one supervisor position to provide emergency dispatch services for police, fire and medical emergency responders.
Communications Officers process over of 32,400 9-1-1 calls and over 200,000 business (non-emergency) calls per year. Last year, this resulted in over 40,000 events where PenCom dispatched police, fire or medical personnel.
