Message from the City Attorney:

Hello. I am William (Bill) Bloor, the City Attorney. Port Angeles is a wonderful community and I am proud to serve its citizens.

The City's Legal Department is a public service law firm. Our mission is to provide high quality legal services to the city in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner for the benefit of the citizens of Port Angeles.

Our staff is committed to providing the best professional legal service and resources available. The Legal Department consists of the City Attorney and one Senior Assistant City Attorney, two Legal Administrative Assistants, a Paralegal, and a Legal Records Specialist. We are competent, caring, and concerned.

Our offices are located on the second floor of City Hall, 321 E. 5th Street in Port Angeles, Washington. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We welcome questions and suggestions.
